Refund Policy

At ZeroID, we want you to be satisfied with our services and product. We value any feedback from our customers and do everything to fix all possible issues. However, if you are still not satisfied, please refer to our refund policy mentioned below.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Software developed by ZeroID is available on a try-before-you-buy basis, there are free Demo versions you can download to ensure that you can fully experience it prior to making your purchase. When available, documentation for software is also available online. We encourage you to review the documentation and try the software prior to making your purchase to ensure that it meets your requirements.

If you are not satisfied with software purchased directly from ZeroID (software purchased from a third party must be returned to the third party and is subject to the return policies of that particular reseller), please contact our Customer Support Team within 14 days of your purchase to receive a refund.

Refunds requested more than 14 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.

In case you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 7 to 10 business days.

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

ZeroID may decline refund claims in the following cases:

  • Software purchased for the wrong platform.
  • Hard copies, including shipping charges.
  • Inability to operate the software in your computing environment.
  • Inability to use the software due to an operator error.
  • We will not refund or credit the difference between the price you were charged and the limited-time price reduction, such as those that occur during special sales events.
  • Please note that coupon details must be filled in before proceeding to the order check-out. We will not apply discounts in retrospect, i.e. to orders that have already been.

Please note that we can only accept refund claims for products purchased via our online store - purchases made from the Mac App Store and retail stores such as Amazon.com are subject to those stores' refund policies.

WHAT IS THE REFUND PROCEDURE?

Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed and processed by our Customer Support Team and shall require from 1 to 5 business days to process the received materials and give an initial response, unless a refund can not be performed due to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Our Customer Support department is obliged to take all possible actions within their competence to fix the problem. If the Customer Support Team confirms that the software problem cannot be fixed, a refund will be given. In case your refund request can not be performed due to terms and conditions set forth herein, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Refunds are processed from 7 to 10 business days — the amount of time needed by the bank to process the payment. All processing fees are non-refundable.

Once a refund is given, further usage of ZeroID becomes illegal and all granted licenses are rendered null and void; therefore the customer must uninstall the software and terminate using the services. Also, all registration data will be immediately blocked, and the refunded customers will not be able to use the software updates and upgrades.

Any further usage of ZeroID will be an infringement of copyrights as well as other intellectual property rights.

The logic of the Refund Policy also applies to refunding a subscription plan purchased with any type of discount.
